Terms of Service
The fine print, in plain words.

What AllGood is
AllGood is a check-in safety tool. You set a rhythm or a timer; if you go silent past your grace period, we alert the contacts you chose. Alerts are a prompt for someone to check on you — not a diagnosis, not a rescue service, and not a substitute for emergency services. In immediate danger, call your local emergency number first.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your contacts accurate and make sure they'd actually want to hear from us — everyone gets an opt-out, and alerts only go to people who stay opted in.
- Check in on time. The system can only work with the rhythm you set.
- Don't use AllGood to harass, spam, or frighten anyone. Abusive use gets accounts closed.
- You must be at least 13 to use AllGood.
Plans and billing
Free covers email alerts, one recipient, and one active safety timer. Plus ($1/month or $10/year) adds SMS text alerts, unlimited recipients, and unlimited timers. Plus is billed through Google Play — manage or cancel in your Play subscriptions. Cancelling pauses your watch; it never triggers it. We don't offer refunds on partial billing periods, but cancelling stops all future charges.
Availability
We aim to keep AllGood running around the clock, but no service is perfect. Maintenance, outages, or delivery-provider failures can happen. Safety timers and panic alerts are designed to be resilient, but we can't guarantee delivery of any individual message.
Limitation of liability
AllGood is provided "as is." To the maximum extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, including any harm arising from a missed, delayed, or unwanted alert. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim — for free users, that's $0.
Account closure
You can stop using AllGood anytime; deleting your account removes your data as described in the privacy policy. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Changes
We'll update these terms as AllGood grows and note the new date here. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
