Your data works for you. Nobody else.

What we collect

To run your safety net, we store:

• Account details — your name, email, and a scrambled (hashed) password. We never see your actual password.
• Your phone number — only if you add it, for your own SMS warnings on the Plus plan.
• Your contacts — the names, phone numbers, and email addresses you enter, plus whether each person has opted in.
• Your messages — the notes you pre-write for your contacts.
• Location snapshots — captured when you check in, start a timer, or hit panic. On the website we don't track you in the background; the mobile app will only do so with your explicit permission.
• Check-in and timer history — when timers were set, when you checked in, and when alerts were sent.

How we use it

For one purpose: watching your check-in rhythm and alerting your chosen contacts if you go silent past your grace period. That's it.

What we never do

• No ads. No data brokers. We never sell your personal information — or your contacts'.
• We don't read your pre-written messages except to deliver them when triggered.
• We don't share data with third parties except the delivery providers needed to send alerts (email/SMS), and only the minimum required for delivery.

Your contacts' privacy

When you add someone, they get a heads-up explaining AllGood with a one-tap opt-out. Alerts only go to people who stay opted in. Anyone can opt out anytime via the link in any message — we keep a record of the opt-out so we never contact them again.

Data retention & deletion

Your data stays as long as your account does. Delete your account and we delete your profile, contacts, messages, timers, and history. Opted-out contacts stay on a do-not-contact list so we honor their choice.

Security

Passwords are stored as salted hashes, sessions use signed tokens, and traffic runs over HTTPS. No system is perfect — if we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we'll tell you.

Children

AllGood is not for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll note it here with a new date. Continued use of AllGood means you accept the updated policy.
